ABOUT US
The Marko company was founded in 1995 when it started production of custom-made kitchen furniture. For over 10 years, we have also been creating complete furniture for luxury yachts of the Danish X-Yachts company. This cooperation required top-level craftsmanship and quality products. The experience and skills gained there are now used in the production and sales of kitchen furniture. We have modern machinery (including CNC machines and our paint shop) and up to date technology at our disposal, thanks to which we produce very diverse, unique kitchen furniture within short deadlines. We are a reliable business partner. We combine the experience and competence necessary to implement large, demanding projects requiring flexibility and speed in decision-making which is characteristic of a medium-sized company. Recently we have started cooperation with external designers. For us, this is a new development path and a method to expand our offer. The kitchen is more than just a functional room for cooking. It is often the most important room in the house, where all the household members feel “at home”. With our furniture, you can arrange this unique place.
Marko Kitchens is the only manufacturer of high-quality kitchen furniture, drawing on its experience in creating ergonomic solutions for small interiors of luxury yachts. It has translated into the highest possible level of craftsmanship combined with uncompromising aesthetics and compact functionality.
OUR VALUES
Since the beginnings of our company, we have been guided by values that reflect our background in craft. We draw on this experience to design kitchen fronts, using what we master perfectly well: creating solutions that work in the most demanding of environments.
Compact functionality, ergonomic combinations of many functions, optimal use of small spaces, use of noble materials resistant to adverse weather, and other elements, all combine to design harmoniously different materials and surfaces, with a hand-crafted finish, edge curves just as in yacht boats, and shaped wooden elements.
All this has been working perfectly well in the production of yacht furniture for years, and is now being used in creating new collections of kitchen fronts.

DESIGNERS
Joanna Leciejewska
Works in industrial design, packaging, and graphics. Lighting and furniture design is what she likes most. She has gained multiple awards for her works including: the Red Dot Design Award, must have, TOP DESIGN, Good Design, Philips EKODESIGN. Her works have been exhibited in Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław, Milan, Frankfurt, Cologne, Bordeaux, and Paris, and her designs are the subject of many Polish and foreign publications. In 2013, Joanna was awarded the prestigious “Designer of the Year” title by the Institute of Industrial Design. She graduated from the Faculty of Interior and Industrial Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań (currently the University of Fine Arts in Poznań) in prof. Krzysztof Kwiatkowski’s studio.
Agnieszka Mazurek
Multidisciplinary designer working with industrial, product, furniture, and exhibition design. She graduated with honours from the University of Fine Arts in Poznań, Faculty of Architecture and Design. She gained her experience working at: the Focus Studio in Poznań, IMS Group, LAGO in Italy, VOX, ICHOT. She worked with Pieter Bostoen in Belgium.
In 2016-2019 she was the designer and project team leader at WAZP in Ireland. She has created products for such companies as IKEA, Puma, Next, and Wacom. She is lecturing design and 3D printing technology at the School of Form (SWPS University).
